Product Description
The PEXA/PERT prefabricated insulated plastic piping system is a high-performance solution that combines cross-linked polyethylene (PEX-a) or PE-RT II service pipes with polyurethane (PU) insulation, and is widely used in modern construction and industrial applications.
The system is composed of three integrated layers:
1.Inner service pipe made of PEX-a or PE-RT II material
2.Polyurethane foam insulation layer
3.HDPE outer protective casing
Features
In contrast to conventional pipe-in-pipe batch foaming methods, where pipes are produced one by one, Huashida has developed a next-generation continuous production solution. This fully integrated line combines PU foam insulation with HDPE outer casing co-extrusion in a single, continuous process.
As a result, the system delivers up to 40% higher production efficiency, 30% lower energy consumption, and stable, high-quality output ensured by advanced automation and process control.
Fully compliant with EN 253, this revolutionary technology provides outstanding economic advantages for today's district heating and cooling infrastructure.
